Fees & Travel Guidelines
To accommodate on-location services and coordinate staff, the following guidelines and additions apply:
- Travel Estimates: Custom travel fees are calculated based on mileage and location, provided upon receiving your exact address.
- Relocation Fee: A fee of $50 per additional location will be applied for mid-event moves, plus travel expenses.
- Assistant Stylists: An assistant fee of $100 plus travel/parking applies for large parties requiring more than 5 services.
- Extended Touch-ups: If you require on-location beauty maintenance, touch-ups are available at $75/hour.
- Early Morning Start: A fee of $50/hour applies to any service hours booked before 7:00 AM.
- Hotel Valet & Parking: All parking or valet charges will be added to the final invoice or billed directly to the room.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We restrict booking availability to preserve a luxurious, focused experience for each client. Please review our rules:
- Retainer Deposits: All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable and secure your designated date.
- Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged the full service amount.
- Missed Appointments: No-shows will be charged the full service amount to the card on file.
- Same-Day Rescheduling: Moving an appointment on the day of service is subject to a $50 fee per service.
- Grace Period: A strict 10-minute grace period is observed. Arriving late beyond this window results in automatic cancellation plus a $50 fee per service.
- 48-Hour Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the date, or they will be automatically released.
